The preventive regimen
that my doctor and I developed that minimizes the frequency of my
headaches and Migraine attacks and reduces their severity is a

note that you should consult your doctor before modifying your regimen.
I share this with you for your information, but it is not medical advice
and cannot take the place of consulting your doctor.

Dietary supplements are
not "created equal." Not only do the prices vary widely, but quality is
an important issue. After doing some comparison shopping, here are links
to the supplements I use, for headache and Migraine and other reasons,
as well as supplements that have been effective for others... For info
about and links to good prices on supplements, please visit our
supplements page.
