When Migraines Are the Worst
by Sam Bonk

When migraines are the worst
you're never alone in the world.
People might boast that theirs are worse than your own
but truthfully you know yours!

There are many triggers like chocolate and such
don't have too much.
It seems tempting with all that good stuff
but what the heck, life is tough.

Don't let the pain get to you,
just try to forget about it.
Move on with your day
go outside and play.

Now it's here but don't shed a tear.
It will just make it worse.
Turn off the lights,
take a long relaxing nap.

When headaches are the worst
you're never alone in the world.
People might boast that theirs are worse than your own
but truthfully you know yours!
