The Love In a Cluster Head's Heart
by Michael R. Macomber

Just as the days start to be without,
We walk as we did as a child.
Wonders we see as if the first time,
Pleasures seem to stay.
No fear if and when the moment will be,
Dread held at bay with no effort.
Wretching around not the daily routine,
Caution thrown to the winds.
Dance as a child at play my friends,
Forget the pain for the time.
Tell those that mean the most to you,
Listen while given the time.
While today is without tomorrow unsure,
Fortune carries a cost.
Love those fighting while fighting alone,
Be there for the fall of the tired.
Heavy the burden,
Impossible yet,
The enemy close you will guard.
Help the one thing it cannot erase,
The LOVE in a Cluster Head's Heart.
